How we use your information
You asked about university admissions for your child. This page explains what we keep while we help you, and how to stop at any time.
Who is contacting you
Crimson Education’s admissions team. The first messages come from our admissions assistant, an automated helper; a person from our team speaks with you on calls.
What we keep
- Your WhatsApp messages with us, and the details you share.
- Call recordings, to write accurate notes. Kept for 90 days, then deleted.
- Notes about your child’s plans, so you never have to repeat yourself.
Your information stays in India, on our own systems, and is used only to help you with admissions.
If your child contacted us
We ask to speak with a parent first, and collect nothing more about your child until we do.
To stop
Reply STOP on WhatsApp, or tell us on a call. We will not contact you again. To ask what we hold, or to have it deleted, write to us at the address on our website.
