Strengths move you up when a family fits them. They never stop you being booked for anyone.
If you need to move a booked consultation
Use “Reschedule” on the consultation and pick a reason. Moving or deleting the event in Google does the same: Velocity asks you for the reason and offers the family new times. Families are never moved silently.
